The “Learn it in One-Day” Acupressure Workshop
This class teaches a specific acupressure protocol called SEVA/Stress, that can be used for a wide range of needs, including general relaxation and well being or extreme shock and stress. Nurses can learn this simple but effective intervention using this unique touch method. The class incorporates various key acupoints, and chakra tai chi with demonstration and hands-on practice.
